These terms apply when you buy a birth chart portrait on Arcana Glow. Everything else on the site is free to use and needs no account.

What you buy

A birth chart portrait is a personal digital text about your natal chart and numbers, written in advance by Arcana Glow and put together from your date, time and place of birth. It opens as a private web page made for you alone. The page tells you what's inside before you pay.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the button before you pay, in US dollars or euros. Payment is handled by Lava (lava.top), by card or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Lava sends the receipt to the email address you enter.

Delivery

Your portrait opens as soon as Lava confirms the payment, usually within a minute, on a private link of the form arcanaglow.com/r/… Keep that link: it's the key to your portrait, and anyone who has it can open the page. The link also stays in the browser you bought from. If your portrait hasn't opened within an hour of paying, write to us.

Cancellations and refunds

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you order a portrait, you ask for it to be delivered right away and agree that this right ends once the portrait opens. Until then you can simply leave the payment unfinished, and nothing is charged.

If your portrait doesn't open, has a technical fault, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

What the portrait is for

The portrait describes character and tendencies through astrology and numerology. It's meant for reflection and entertainment. It doesn't predict events and isn't medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Its calculations depend on the birth details you enter, so please check your date, time and place before you pay.

Who can buy

You need to be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy a portrait. Please order portraits only for yourself or for someone who has agreed to share their birth details with you.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the site and your portrait working. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for decisions you make based on a portrait, and our total responsibility for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms that applied when you paid stay in force for that purchase. For any question about an order, write to [email protected]. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
